The Frome was up & brown yesterday, but fining down now.

Will be back up tomorrow after all this rain tonight mind!

Good to have a bit of rain. :) think its Possibly to much for the river! Could have done with this a few weeks ago. Grrr. Cold rain and flooded river = no barbel for me.
Might have to get out after the carp this weekend.

Bristol Avon water temp was reading 7.5 today and nearly over in the fields this morning, any more rain and it soon will be, tons of debris coming down as well.

popped over nicks at premier angling in keynsham this afternoon for a few bits, you know the weir at keynsham?... well there wasn't one, just one big chocolate swirling mass hammering it's way down to bristol...

Anybody know what Lacock is like at the moment? Aiming to get up there tomorrow or Monday. Is the river still in its banks or in the fields?

Went for a wonder along the BA today. River well within its banks and chocolate brown. Absolutly pounding through aswel.
Looks good for a bite or 2. Will get out soon i hope.

I expect it is in the fields now, was rising quickly earlier & the water is just pouring off the fields, the wiltshire roads were like rivers today!
