yes me! have been to lakeside to watch BDO, and one of my wifes best friends has played for England Ladies, i used to practice with her and she beat me every time! although she also played at lakeside in the worlds a couple of years ago, but lost to the lady who likes ladies, the former world champ. i shall be watching BDO on BBC next week. Am not allowed sky as i'd watch cricket & darts and fishing all day and we'd row. i have a friend that used to row with his wife but he goes fishing every day now, and has the divorce papers to prove it!
regards Paul
Ps for those with freeview Matt Hayes is on channel 38 every day at 5pm, for two episodes daily, i watched him on the severn with dave harrell, i think, last week catching barbel on the severn. ooh cant wait for decent weather or summer now.

Well done to Phil Taylor on winning his 15th world title last night.
But what can you say about the man now't he is just a pure master at the art of Dart's and there will never be a better player than him. :)

Also what a great player Simon Witlock looks and well played to him, look's like he will be around the top for a long time to come.

Oh well back to work in the Cold to day after a few week's off for Chrismas, if only i had tryed harder when i played Dart's  look at the money in the game now.

well nige, it seems only you and i like darts. yes that phil taylor is a bit good!!, and i like simon whitlock too, seems like a fair dinkum aussie!
BDO started off well except that first round of martin adams and the other aussie, i couldnt work out if that was real nerves or if he was drunk! i have had bad nerves, especially when landing a big barbel...(distant memories) but poor bloke, really felt for him. that match last night between wagner and woods was a classic as well. you are right the money thing is a big thing now and guess thats why the 'better' or consistent players are in the pdc, i only played in my town league, where if you got a 180 the landlord gave you a whisky,
i only had a couple, just as well i dont like whisky.
regards Paul

I thought "the Power" was having a wobble last night and Terry was going to beat him, I should of known better haha I only watch the PDC as find the other really boring to watch and the standard is just not as good, I cant believe that Phil Taylor doesn't get more recognition than he does, the man is quite simply the best ever, saying that though I'l be glad when he retires, it'l make thing more unpredictable

Hi Mark
Phil Tayor was a little off par last night but it's just like him to come out all guns blazing today.
Pure master at his job when on top form.

When will it be Sir Phil Taylor. :?: :?:

Well Played Paul Nicholson (the bad boy of Dart's) for winning the PDC Player's Championship from the Circus Tavern last night.
He's finishing was first class and he had nerves of steel up there.

Beating Phil Tayor and then Mervyn king in the Final.
Top Class Dart's as always from the PDC. :)

What a brilliant display it was. I thought Taylor was gonna take it when he came back to 9-9 but Paul Held his nerve to take that double 5 out, his finishing was probally the best during the whole comp and was a well deserved victory!
