With the winds in Bristol I reckon it will be more than leaves coming down... hopefully find out on Saturday (cant wait been far too long!)

Hi , the river Frome was well up with a nice bit of colour yesterday so i would have thought the Avon would be following suit by now but as youy say its probably still colder salty water :? , waiting for later in the week myself ,hopefully temp will stay higher for a couple of days before the frosts are supposed to return the weekend ;) still you never know though thew old boris may be a bit hungry its been quite a while since its been this mild :)

yep the brook i was on today was up and coloured, apparently the avon was frozen over at bradford and even staverton weir was frozen, someone wanted to go pike fishing on boxing day but had to go home cos it was frozen over!, hopefully with it a slightly bit milder they may have a brief go????
